Lead Full-stack Engineer at Teramind

Teramind is a B2B SaaS company. I joined the web team of 6 people and worked on the next-generation product, taking a lead position in the team of 20+ devs and 10+ QAs.

Tech stack

• Architecture based on CQRS and Event Sourcing
• GraphQL and REST (OpenAPI) as the API layer
• React on the frontend and Next.js on the backend

Achievements

• Designed and developed a customer-facing AI interface that replaced manual configuration with a prompt-based setup. The web team picked up the feature as a base for several other AI-based features
• Built an MVP of an internal Slack chatbot that had access to company-wide codebase, tools and knowledge, could answer questions and create Jira tickets. The AI tools team picked up the MVP and developed it into a stable internal solution
• Reduced the number of customer complaints (measured in support tickets) by 70% by developing an OTel-based observability system with Grafana dashboards and establishing a release verification process
• Increased web app release frequency from weekly to daily by automating merges and introducing a mandatory e2e test gate instead of manual testing
• Facilitated team reorganization from 1 large team to 4 squads led by principal engineers, simplifying communication and delegating decision-making
